Can I get an estimate without you visiting first?
Yes. Submit your project details via the form, and I’ll review your property online and send you a data-based estimate. If it aligns with your budget, we’ll schedule a quick site visit to confirm all aspects before work begins.
What exactly is included in your “prep work”?
Prep is everything behind a lasting finish. It includes cleaning, sanding, degreasing, filling cracks/holes, deglossing surfaces, masking, and priming as needed. No paint goes down until the surface is correctly readied.
What guarantees do you offer on your work?
Every job includes a thorough final walkthrough, touch-ups, and a warranty period (terms disclosed in your quote). If something fails under normal use, we repair it quickly — you’re not left hanging.
What about color matching or overspray concerns?
I use industry-grade color-matching tools and sprays (when applicable). Overspray is controlled via masking, drop cloths, and protective measures. Before painting, I walk you through areas that might be risky and get your approval on coverage.
When can you start my project, and how long will it take?
After you approve the estimate and color plan, scheduling depends on current workload and weather (for exterior). Typical residential jobs finish in 1–5 days, depending on size and complexity. I’ll give you a clear timeline up front and stick to it as closely as possible.
How and when do payments get scheduled?
We keep payments simple and tied to progress. Typically, it’s 50% at start to cover materials and scheduling, 25% midway through the job, and 25% upon completion and final approval. Every project includes a written breakdown before we begin.
